Prices high, seen ink item looking for - had type of ink but when checked out wasn't in stock. Told clerk if out of stock shouldn't have been on shelf. Was told by clerk not my fault but will let manager know. Been here before and printing department couldn't transfer my disk of items to be printed. I went home and did myself. Only positive thing. Printing clerk did send me in correct direction to find Transferrable ink . Hopefully when I use the items they work. I don't think I'll be here again. BJ is best buy so far.

Worst customer service ever Tried testing chairs to buy for my friend and got told I was kidding around and lady told me i had 5 minutes to get out or she will call security on me

Worst customer service ever we were testing out the chairs to see which one we wanted and a employee told us “this is not a chill spot to hangout and if we wanted to hangout go to the mall next door” and told us we had 5 minutes to leave or she was going to call mall security to kick us out.

Awful tech services and employees and management are horrible. Beware on getting your tech service done properly there. They will look at your personal data on your computer and make false accusations of inappropriate data they see on it while transferring the data to another computer. Sorry if you have had that done there your data might be comprised. Then management in Concord is very unprofessional.and tell you to leave instead of a resolution.
