Called on a reckless driver brake checking me to the point of coming to a complete stop in 3 lane traffic on i85, along with 3 kids and my wife. Was told a officer would be notified. I watched this driver do the same to multiple people. Not one patrol car appeared the whole time I crossed in and out of North Carolina. This is your answer as to why people take matters into there own hands. Witch would have been no problem if that driver would have threatened the safety of my family again. Do better.

Yes, as long as it's not a limited access roadway, such as a toll road or interstate.
