I have lived in magnolia towers for 4 years. Moved from North Carolina and was the right decision. Located in the heart of downtown orlando across the street from Dr Phillips center. Located 7 blocks from Lake Eola. Management, maintenance, and all clerical staff including security are excellent. I have done volunteer work since I moved in and I am so excited to be named Volunteer of the Year for 2021. Happy to live and share my time with the Magnolia administration and residents.

I have live in magnolia towers for the past 8 years. I have experience the changes for the better in our building. Modern apartments, changed the appearance of our building making modern and inviting. Always have programs to help our residents. Great volunteer group that helps with food pantry, activities, bingo and more. There is always an event that helps the residents to be inform. Living at magnolia has been a great experience. Safe place to live. And we are in the heart of downtown. Thanks to Westminster.

I put an application in for the one that has hud section 8 assistance. I use to have section8 but I could not find something in time they took me off

Magnolia Towers is pet friendly! We allow residents to have one warm bodied, furry pet and prefer that they be below 40 pounds however, we will work with those who have service animals.
My wife is 64 she will be 65 September I'm 66 .my next question is do they except section 8 because we have section 8.if so are your giving application to anyone at this time if so may I have one sent to me and my wife if possible. The studio is about 25'×15', has a large walk-in closet & a good size bathroom. The kitchen is 7'×6' moving around space plus refrigerator, stove, nice cabinets a large window that brightens the kitchen & the whole apt. They are taking new move-in very soon. Come & fill out your application. Another thing your includes all utilities!
Magnolia Towers is a moderate rent, rental retirement community for elderly adults.
