This place is a complete mess and nightmare. Should have known what I was getting into when I overheard the clerk tell a customer they had just been audited and got in trouble. Placed a work order for a mail lock change. They said max 7 days. It took 10 days days and me going to the post office about 4 or 5 times after the 7 days before I got my keys. The postman is lazy, had specific instructions written on his paper to deliver my keys to my apt along with the mail in there I had no access to in all that time and instead he just left, to add insult to injury the mail accumulated there by their own fault for 10 days was all taken and sent back to senders when they are specifically told not to take back mail in boxes with work orders on them. This has caused checks from clients to be sent back, a package I was waiting for to be sent back on a weekend so it will be at least another 5-6 days before I hopefully see that package again, along with anything else that might have been in there. Complete incompetence and I’m so infuriated this is the post office I’m supposed to trust now with my mail.

My item arrived at the distribution center August 2, 2022, 12:42 am, arrived at USPS at August 2, 2022, 1:10 am, and arrived at post office August 2, 2022, 1:18 am, and is currently out for delivery. That's expedient service.

This appears to be the norm. I thought their phone wasn't working until I saw your comment. I've been calling for hours. Guess I'll go back and stand in a long line....again 😓

From my understanding it has to be accepted 1st, then it's entered into the system before they place it in your box. So even though it's there they have to finish the process.
