They need to fire Sarah, She has Zero ability to provide good Customer Service and it seems that her Incompetence is displayed whenever a Customer comes with a Simple Request. Fire this Lady

Postman put the parcel key in my mailbox but when I went to open the parcel box my package wasn't in there it was completely empty. Now I'm finding it impossible to try and locate it. 0/10 terrible

I just came from making an inquiry at the post office that is on semoran boulevard and they had never treated me so badly at the post office the lady who is in the second cubicle from right to left in a red blouse in service and customer service is a very rude person and pedant attended me as if I were asking her if she doesn't want to attend to anyone she could be outside the building, she told me not to ask again to wait for my package to arrive at my house, that position is the face of the mail because she She has to get us out of all doubts, if they couldn't find where to locate her, they did very badly in putting her there, she should be in the back classifying boxes, she leaves the institution very bad because we are going to think that they are all the same, but there Others serve very well, tell her that she eats for what we pay in taxes and that these stalls are temporary, when one day she ends up in the nursing home she will want to see all those people who one day He attended badly, nobody is indispensable in this world. They should send an undercover person to work in the post office so they can see how he treats the public.

Make another change of address. If you want to be more sure, call or go personally to the mail.
😂😂😂😂😂
Call doctor office and see if they mailed it yet and to what address
You have to go to the office with your lease and ID and tell them that you need a change of lock. You are going to have to pay something I don't remember the exact amount. Once it's done you can either pick the key at the office or tell them to leave it at your door.
Do you speak French?
Call their toll-free number and explain in detail. I have boycotted my p.o. because they lost a package years ago and where unable to trace it which is unacceptable!
