Without a doubt, the rudest employees & worst customer service I've ever encountered anywhere. Always extremely rude, never willing to help, consistently have snarky and unkind remarks when processing simple transactions, always seem bothered by having to do their jobs. I will drive to the post office 10 miles away to avoid this place, even though this is the closest location to my house.

My husband and I went in today to get Passports. DION did a excellent job! Very professional and very friendly. I needed more documents so I went home and came back. Everything went great! Thank you Dion. Highly recommend! 😀

I went on a Saturday afternoon, was worried how bad the line would be given no other offices were open at that time. The line was not long when I got in, and a manager was coming around to people in line to see if anyone needed any help. It made the line move much more quickly. Pleasantly surprised after seeing the reviews.

Hello good day, there is some kind of racism in this place with Latinos, since I go to the window and the person who attends me asks if he speaks Spanish so that he can explain more clearly and rudely tells me no , knowing that minutes before he was attending another person in Spanish This employee is surnamed Torres that bad service by the staff

Other than going to the main post office to have whomever that persons mail redirected. Good Luck 👍
Suggest you go to Econalockahatchee branch you will never get any service from Alfaya branch. If you could give zero stars it would rate minus 10. Most unhelpful, unfriendly and totally unprofessional post office in the USPS system. It all comes from management.

I know they have a spot in there for passports but I'm not sure exactly what they do? I try to avoid going in there because there's always a long wait in line.
I think you can? I know they have something to do with passports but I'm not exactly sure what they do
Yes you can
Yes, but you may need to call for an appointment
I'm not to sure about that? I know usually it takes my letters about 5-7 days from here to N.Y.
Good luck on that. I just got my order 2 week's ago and I ordered it in June, the post office is the worst. Use UPS or FedEx, you pay more but at least you get your stuff
