Went there today, first time there. One of the two females postal associates the one with very short hair was being very rude to this Asian guy, talking down to him like he was a piece of trash and not very bright. I had to leave without doing what I went there to do. Didn't like their customer service. I am in customer service and would never treat anyone like that. If I could rate them a zero I would.

Came in, asked a question, employee asked for my zip code and just handed me a paper telling me to go to another location without even answering my question and just dismissed me. I'm in shock about how rude this "lady" was. Second counter from right to left at 9am on 8/11/22. Please show this person some customer service best practices.

Go to the post office with the senders address and if you know the wrong address it would be helpful.
You can do it online or full out a form in person. Also there are different sizes you can select from. Hth

I lost one and the money can only be recovered if it is Priority mail or over night and if it is insured.
Visit post office explain to the window clerk you lost your key they will put a work order in, there will be a small fee.

No, if you have a item that needs to be picked up your post office is at 6301 hazeltine national drive, the end unit American flag flying in front. You cannot buy postal services from this postal site/or send mail out.
