Just terrible and lazy people, everytime something comes out of this facility it doesn't get delivered. Does not matter if a signature is requested, they don't even bother getting out of their truck to deliver. Just lazy. No wonder usps is going out of business.

Visit it today, long line waiting, and after all guy tell me to go other window because he don't have cash to cash my $90 money order??? What's kind of service and customer treatment??? Unbelievable!!!

This has to be one of the WORST post offices in Orlando. The mail carrier delivered my MEDICATION to the WRONG ADDRESS (not even the same street) , scanned the priority mail as delivered. The pharmacy believed I received them, so I was FORCED to file a complaint to get my medication refilled. The post office, then retrieved my package of meds from the wrong address, it was opened and unsealed. Strangers now have private medical information about me (violation off H.I.P.P.A rights!! ) Since this continued to be an issue with packages, I rented a P.O. Box at this location. Guess what though?? THEY STILL CANT GET THE MAIL RIGHT. They have a video (Nov 2021) of ANOTHER CLUELESS CARRIER putting my package in the WRONG BOX!! The dishonest box owner, DID NOT RETURN MY PACKAGE and I received nothing. Just a worthless apology from the rude manager. Fast forward to today. I'm waiting on my very late tax return...to come in the mail. My P.O. Box is paid and active, YET....my refund check was RETURNED as UNDELIVERABLE!!!! I guess they put my mail in the wrong box AGAIN and the recipient returned as "wrong address". The CLOWNS WORKING at this facility CAN NOT READ numbers or address. They DO NOT DESERVE THE PAY THEY RECIEVE!!!! They are incredibly CARELESS amateurs.
