I had the worst experience today!!! This is so sad because I always go there. The cashier “JAY” she was extremely rude and disrespectful. When I arrived I said hello, she did not even answer, then I asked her something about a package I left before, she did not answer and I asked one more time, she just looked at me and told me “if you give me a second” (rolling the eyes rudely) I said okay sorry. When I finish with my packages, putting the tape, the label and all that I give them to her and told her “one more thing, if you are having a bad day sorry but I just asked you a question and you did not answer, that is lack of customer service for me and she started yelling over me while I was talking, she was saying “BYE BYE BYEEEE LOVE YOUUUU” and started blowing kisses. And I was like ?????? I could not believe it. All of this is because I am Latina? That’s not the way you treat people. They should be more careful when hiring people.

The WORST post office I have ever dealt with. They failed to deliver a package to locker 3 days in a row, then said “being held at post office at customer request”- obviously did not request that. Tried to call them FIFTY THREE TIMES in the span of 2.5 hours. Phone would ring and hang up after a minute. No one answering. And this same thing happens probably once a month for us. I have gone in in person to pick up a package they simply would not deliver, and they were VERY rude and unhelpful. I’d give negative stars if I could.
