This isn't the first time trying to get a package out of the parcel locker was difficult. But this is the first time the key broke while simply trying to turn the key in the lock. I have been trying to get this package for over a week. Customer service line told me it should be fixed on Monday. Here it is Wednesday. I called and the manager there says the mail person said I tried to open the wrong locker then goes on to say all the mail room keys are mixed up. So which one is it? I tried to open the one on the key and it broke. The lockers are all rusted and difficult to open. I just want my package, this was for an awesome business opportunity but now I have to wait an additional week for me to MAYBE get the package that was already sent a week ago. Absolute madness. Was debating on just getting a PO box but I'll go with a different carrier.

Really great manager at this post office! 2 times in the past few months there were issues with delivery errors, both times he answered the phone and contacted the courier, immediately solving the problem, even following up with a call back to me. Thanks for the great service!
