Wish there were a zero star for whoever answered my phone call. I am trying to remain as hopeful and enthusiastic as one could be while seeking treatment for myself. The impatient, belittling admissions counselor who took my call def turned me off and of course it was my first call to one. Asking me what part of Florida I'm located, like clearly I know I'm calling a center in Orlando, I don't need to be referred to the busted county I'm trying to leave. I'm sorry I'm sure youre used to speaking with loving parents and not the active addiction junkie. Learn something here. 🤙🏻👐🏻👏🏻✌🏻

So I recently stayed here for 22 days. I didn't want to stay that long when I first got there but the place was excellent. It was clean, the food was great. I also had a councilor there who is now one of the people I respect most in the world. She was exactly what I needed when I needed it most. She was amazing. Between my councilor, and the other councilors there it is a great place to get your head clear. This place saved my life, it's as simple as that. Thank you to all the techs, nurses, councilors, and all the people I was there with. It really did feel like home. ❤

The best experience you could experience in my opinion, I was a mess when I arrived and they took control and made the experience great. The staff was exceptional I liked every member of the facility. The techs were the best, I can’t say enough about them the place is like a resort and when you’re trying to get clean that really matters so in short I would highly recommend place.
