Seafarers, as a shelter, has a helpful staff, adequate accommodations, and the standard three meals a day--even if they are TV dinners. My complaints rest with the tenants and the general underfunded squalor of the shelter system. But as far as shelters go, you could do much worse than this.

Suppose it is. You can change the payment method. I did pay with a different card than the one I had used for booking. Better send an email asking. Sometimes they answer in a day or two if the question (and the reply) is short.
