Lived here for 1.5 years while we were shopping for a home. This was an amazing place to live! The staff was helpful, always around if you needed them. Maintenance requests were solved timely. They have wonderful amenities that were well maintained. I can’t say enough wonderful things about my time here! Highly recommend and we will miss living here!

We lived here a few years ago and left only because we bought a house. We sold that and we looked around for something to rent and my heart's desire brought us back to Dwell. The building is great, amenities are phenomenal, and I've never had better service in any industry my entire life. Nikki (Property manager), Val (Leasing Consultant), Michelle (Leasing Consultant), and the maintenance crew deliver white-glove service, every time we have a need. They are fast and responsive to fixing basic things that happen due to wear and tear...they treat residents like family. My little one wants to visit them every day. She's four and calls of them "Titi". This place is home...and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. If you're looking for a GREAT place to live...stop looking...apply here; you won't regret it!!!

Dwell Maitland is a lovely community - it's on the 'right' side of town in a great location (closer to downtown and the beaches), with great facilities (the best condo gym I've ever seen, if you're into that), the best parking (secure undercover garage parking at no additional cost), and lastly the friendliest and most helpful staff (special mention goes to Valerie and Michelle). Unfortunately I couldn't rent this time due to timing, but will strongly consider moving here when my current lease is up.
