I lived in this complex five years ago and everything was great. Management was great, maintenence was always prompt and efficient. I referred friends in July 2022 boasting about the place showing them pictures. She applied and took the apartment a month early so she could get a first floor. I went with her to see her apartment the day before her supposed move in. It wasn't near ready and won't be ready for two weeks. It's so disappointing to recommend a place I loved and have it changed so much.

currently a resident here at the park at milano. this is the worst apartment homes i have ever lived in. they continue to ignore maintenance request after request. when you call the front office you're lucky to get a answer. in may they changed out the countertops and damaged the pipes in my main bathroom. there was a flood and my floor boards began to lift up. they still haven't come to replace it. now my toilet is broken for 2 weeks now going on 3 weeks and a maintenance man hasn't arrived yet.
