The place is average in regards to apartments around. Parking experience is very bad. I have health issues and this is the second time someone parked in my driveway after the fact I had to move to unitveith garage because the lady next time did not know how to park next to my car without hitting it twice. The on call manager is lousy,the city is too busy, office don't care much and don't bother call the police they will not tow, it is private property. So now I am stuck dealing with above neighbors with for the second time I told them not to park in my driveway. I should not have to pay for this garbage on call parking useless and more like a company out if California where the focus is all about money not caring for customer. They should not charge for parking spot at all and you can call any two company I was told by police at the person's expenses. I did not know that. Thanks to the police who informed of such and don't have to deal with useless in call parking manager

I've been a resident here for about 5 months now and I have to give my compliments to the management. While the parking situation is absolutely horrid, I can say that management has been actively accommodating and patient with any concerns I've had. Especially Melissa whos been super responsive, understanding, and friendly. Big thank you to Melissa and her teammates for always trying their very hardest. It does not go unnoticed. Also a big thanks to maintenance for being super helpful and attentive
