Their office never answers the phone

If you have the opportunity to lease somewhere else, DO IT. The administration does not care. I have been living for a year here now, and they gave me the apartment with a huge hole in the door that they repaired six months later. I fought for two months to they can repair the dishwasher, and now my AC has been broken for over a week, and they just told me to be patience. The stairs and halls are extremely dirty; since I moved here, they just cleaned the halls once. Sometimes they leave garbage in the parking lot. They have a massive problem with the trash, and THEY SIMPLY DO NOT CARE.

Love the community and the office staff! Only complaint is maintenance requests take a long time to be fulfilled, most recently our a/c has been out for a few weeks. They have come out 3 times to fix it however it took awhile for that to take place and it is still broken. Luckily they did give us a window unit until it's fixed.

This is the worse place to move, the office staff are very unorganized, nobody ever communicates correctly. They charge you for extra stuff that they never even fixed. When I first moved in the key the office gave me didn’t even open my front door, i had to go buy my own door lock. The fridge was moldy, nobody ever came after reporting the issue until 3 months later. All they do is auto reply to reviews but never actually fix the issues.
