We have lived at the Village at Baldwin Park for 7 years now and we absolutely love it! The office staff and maintenance crew are just wonderful and quick to handle any issues we may have. You won't regret living here!

The car washing station and vacuum is broken and apparently will always be broken. Do not include this as an amenity if you are looking to rent here. I absolutely love living here but I think it’s time we did something about the grounds. A 2 bedroom will be 2500 next year.

My boyfriend and I had to move across the country from MN. We had a short turn around so we weren’t able to tour our apartment, we moved in based off of pictures. My boyfriend and I and our two pets have been here for a year now, and we couldn’t be happier! The apartments are so beautiful, we are in the perfect location where I can walk out the door with my dog and go for a run around the lake! The staff is amazing (Huge S/O to Megan) and always helpful. It is time to renew our lease, and we are so excited to continue living here!

Spectrum
Apartments cannot be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO.
Rent is due on the 1st of the month and can be paid through our online resident portal, check, or certified funds. Late fees will be applied on the 4th of the month.
Unfortunately, we do not accept section 8 vouchers.
