if your looking for a apartment with HORRIBLE SERVICE this would be perfect for you. Starting off with we moved into the 3rd floor correct scratches all over the kitchen counter so unremodel our light from our kitchen was literally on the urge to snapping right off our closet door bomb thing was BROKEN not too mention THE AC DOES NOT WORK after a night of pure sweating myself to sleep no matter how many tickets we put into maintenance they don’t even come with tools they come with one hammer and that’s it thinking they know everything they are doing. WE GET TO THE APARTMENT ON THE FIRST DAY AND THE TOILET SEAT WAS BROKEN under our sink was leaking horribly and all he said was “it’s fine don’t worry” . horrible apartments in general and to remind you THIS IS ONLY OUR 1 AT WEEK AND THERSS SO MUCH MIRE U CAN SAY

I used to love living here. Everything was great until people started moving out of the building and they started renovating the apartments around me. There are appliances, prior resident’s things that they left here, and TRASH everywhere. It smells so bad and is attracting bugs and lizards and it is so gross. I would hate to see mice. I have bugs in my apartment now and run through the hall with my mouth closed and nose plugged. It has been weeks, maybe 2 months and I have complained 5 times and absolutely nothing has been done. It is such a sanitation and health hazard. I really hope management gets better about complaints like this because it is so gross! The smell and bugs- i can’t take it.

My car was robbed at The Glenn (now The Phoenix) and this is the 3rd time they've changed their name in 5 years. That's always a bad sign with an apartment... Don't fall for it.
