All i could say is WOW. I have been working in property Management for 10 plus years and NEVER have i ever come across a Manager be rude to another fellow Community Manager from a different company. I called to get a monthly report from them that literally take less than a minute & Steven was super rude said his time is precious and he doesn't have time for one question, maybe next week. His leasing consultant Jaz sounds like she just woke up and was super annoyed she had to pick up the phone. you could tell my call was an inconvenience which I apologize but woah If I was a shopper. ZERO! Just know its small world in property management && you just never know who WE know.

They only have the 3 bed room and 2 bathroom one master bedroom for the adult and 2 bedroom for the childrens to sleep so yea iPay $900 a month or 800
A three bedroom two bath apartment here runs around $1,100 per month, however this complex is income based!
Soo its income based & for a 3 bed room your looking around anywhere from $1,000-$1,300 a month they're remodeling all the apartments & buildings rn now would be the perfect time to move in.
