Make 3x the rent but denied for credit, very bad communication from them, said we didn’t have all the files attached to the application but they were, they would call other roommates rather than the one they had questions about the application, and also didn’t contact another at all no emails after they took our money just a call because they messed up. The program they use, Liberty, is a joke they want over $6000 for move in or we can pay MORE to not pay more right now. We are 3 adults with full time jobs working to better our future and this is a classic example of what is wrong with the rental market and society to keep the poor poor!! We've been residents here going into our 13th year and I can truly say that we've enjoyed our time here. The location is convenient to my job and our kids schools, we've never had an issue with feeling safe, so walking the grounds in the morning is peaceful. When there has been an issue with maintenance, Jason and his team have responded with top notch performance. Every request has been met with a quick resolution, always with a smile. They keep the ground clutter free and pools sparkling. I enjoy having an upgraded fitness center and the clubhouse is perfect for gatherings. We are under new ownership and management is trying to get to know the residents through a series of fun activities, which I appreciate. I've only had one encounter with the office staff so far but they seem pleasant enough. The buildings are old, but so am I, so my apartment could use a little updating, but I'm not complaining. I ❤️ my corner apartment. It's spacious, my neighbors are good people. It is our plan to renew our lease for another year. For the location, size and price, Arium Mariner's Village is a great place to be.

This is the first place that we can say actually feels like home. Mary Ann & the entire staff go above and beyond to ensure we are cared for which should matter no matter where you live! With the state of our world, a little goes along way & the changes we’ve seen in the last few months speak volume. Mary Ann always greets you with a smile & compassion that is truly one of a kind. 10/10 would recommend living here 🙂

I haven't checked the website recently, last time I did a one bedroom apartment was over $1,600/month. That includes trash pickup and water. My wife and I have lived here since 2005. We have an awesome maintenance supervisor, and the office staff are very responsive and personable.
Our community does not currently feature security or patrol services at this time.
Our community amenities do not include a playground.
We are indeed a gated community and have special schedule hours for when the gate is open and closed.
Yes, cats and dogs are welcome at our community. We do have Breed Restrictions in place so be sure to check with your Leasing Consultant for more information.
Yes, all apartment homes at our community include a full size washer & dryer.
