I haven't checked the website recently, last time I did a one bedroom apartment was over $1,600/month. That includes trash pickup and water. My wife and I have lived here since 2005. We have an awesome maintenance supervisor, and the office staff are very responsive and personable.
My husband and I have a 2/2 with a small den and we pay 1612 with trash and pest control and water included
