St.Regis Apartments 319 East Church Street Unit 128 on 3rd floor Orlando FL 32801 This review is from my personal point of view of a disabled man living in this building with no elevator, I didn't use the facilities & I rarely came out of my unit, as the residence are very weird that live here. Just not for me. * They Clam this is the biggest unit in the building with the extra room, it's still too small being under 500sq ft (I do like it was all inclusive). * Monthly apartment checks like you are in a drug program or 1/2 way house (annoying) * Staff Angel is just Rude, no longer works their, I heard a lot of complaints about him when I moved in, he does have an attitude issue & the new girl is no better, his best friend. * Lots of roaches until I personally fixed the issue in the bathroom threw a hole they said they couldn't plug up * If you are someone that enjoys decorating for the holidays like myself, You CAN'T decorate your windows nor door (There's a lot of inconvience for what they are asking for rent). * The Camera placed aren't for security, be warned * 4 packages where stolen & I was told to get a PO Box (LOL). Why are the doors left opened? * Unit 128 has absolutely no ventilation in the back area /bathroom. The fan is controlled by the 2nd floor unit, no windows, No air. * Very Old Bldg / Twilight zone feeling built in the 1920's Old hotel converted * Units Very tiny * Very expensive * No Amenities for the price * Beware you CAN'T grill unless you are being monitored during business hours * Floors Creeks * Lots of Mold in the bathroom from move in, I couldn't remove it but was told how to and it didn't work. * Unit Very dusty, it's blown threw the A/C unit with the filter, Not central & in the Winter it's very cold I'm that unit, they did get me a portable heater right away, but horrible installation in the unit. * No View at all There's a lot more but you get my point, my experience living here. Don't be fooled, make an informed decision about your housing

Recently moved-in here and have had such a positive experience from the start—both management and the building have been great!! Angel Soto helped answer my long list of questions prior to me moving in, from questions about the units available, to the application process, and even parking!! Kenya Fargas is such a delight to work with and always a smiling face at the front desk. The specific unit I wanted was being renovated and had an estimated move-in date that was a bit later in the month than I was hoping for, but both Kenya and Angel worked hard to get me in two weeks earlier than expected!! I was thrilled!! They are excellent communicators and hard workers, as such it certainly shows in how the building is currently being managed. The location in downtown Orlando is beautiful, walking distance from a large park (lake eola) and a grocery store (Publix). There’s endless things to do and close to a lot of other Orlando attractions, and universities. Could not be happier with my decision to live here and would definitely recommend to anyone that may be a single person or couple looking for a new place to call home!

Hard to beat location near Lake Eola, Publix and other shops. The building is getting some upgrades so it has a good mix of old and new in a good way. The staff(Angel) couldn't be any more nicer and helpful throughout the whole leasing process. Highly recommend this spot if you want an urban feel with good value and quaint atmosphere.

What can i say i loved my time here. Alina was great but Angel even after our rocky start he is truly a great landlord and a great person. Anything that needed to be done he will try his best to get it done. It truly was a blessing staying here. Thank you for everything Angel.
