There are pros and cons of living in this place. It’s the most affordable apartment in monthly rent and it also includes internet and basic digital cable TV. The most convenient place to commute if you are studying/working in UCF. Maintenance issues are done quite efficiently whenever required. However, on weekends, noise coming from pub across the street was a nuisance for us. My two bicycles were stolen from the bike rack even they were locked. Management of this property tries to make your stay as pleasant as it could be.

I have been living in this apartment for the past 6 years. The management and maintenance are always prompt, perfect, and friendly. This is the most affordable apartment and is situated in a prime location. Right across the trail, you have UCF and within the 5-mile radius, you have the best dining options and shopping areas. You need to consider these points about University Apartments: 1) Onsite maintenance guy (24x7 emergency maintenance) 2) Cheapest in this neighborhood 3) Regular pest control (bug and roach free apartments) 4) Flood free zone 5) Well maintained laundry 6) Regular dumpster cleaning (I saw most of the neighborhood dumpsters over flowing always) 7) Free high-speed internet (400 Mbps with free router) 8) Free HDTV 9) AC filters will be changed once in every two months (best AC experience) 10) Frequent fire alarm inspection (~every two months) If you are paying rent on time, maintain your apartment clean, do not disturb neighbors, and cautious of saving money, it is the best place for you!

We are living in these apartments from 2016. We had a pleasant time. 1. Rent is cheap compared to other apartments around. 2. Spectrum Internet and cable is included in the cost. Internet is fast and works with very few interruptions 3. Maintenance is around during weekdays and weekends. Which comes in handy in emergency situations. 4. University is quite nearby. I can easily walk or take a shuttle.

Eshrak, thank you for being so kind to my husband and I as we were faced with a car accident in front of your property, and had to leave our car parked in your lot for 2 weeks. Your help to the community is appreciated so much.

Yes you'll have separate keys
They do but but not every breed. You would have to check with the leasing office about that, and you have to pay a one time fee of $350 to have a pet in the apartment.
