Eww. If you don't have standards, this is perfect. Shoot higher in life.

Gladis is very rude. She does not talk to you nice at all. I was told that my apartment will be ready on a curtain day and i never got any update , I even set my lights to turn on and everything mailed to be ready and when i called the day of move in she said there’s nothing she can do, she will get back to me at the end of the day and i never heard from her again so me and my kid is left with nowhere to go at the moment until we here back MAYBE monday. I can go on but DO NOT MOVE HERE. It’s not worth the way you’re being treated

For the price the units are very nice. I currently rented here and the manager of the property is very strict but fair. She does not put up with nonsense. She will call the law if needed. However I had an issue with my sink and the manager had the maintenance guy fix it promptly no leaks so I'm pleased they also updated the kitchen faucet when they fix the problem. My unit has brand new laminate floors and carpet was painted not too long ago. We have visited the pool and it is very clean. I have no complaints whatsoever. You get what you pay for so you're expecting a Victoria sweet with lovely up-to-date brand new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops then you need to go sign a lease with a brand new apartment in a brand new apartment building don't complain as if they expect a champagne taste on a beer budget. Be realistic.

I have too much I could write here in terms of things that just made me absolutely dislike this apartment complex down to the management to close to nonexistent utility upkeep. Don't believe me? Live here for a year and you will see what I mean. I dare you to prove me wrong.

My brother has 2 bedroom, so I'm not entirely sure about the studio. But I will say there is not really room for a kitchen or dining table in their place.(which is usually typical of a studio) Bathroom is small, but how much room does 1 person really need? I think it is worth you checking it out...
