So I called this complex due to it being a low income property and I qualify for for there 2bedroom and 3bedroom units. I put myself on the waiting list with a application fee of 85$ and a deposit of 200$. Application still not being processed, Vanessa never informed me that my deposit will not be returned to me if I no loner wanna be on the waiting list. I found something sooner for me and my kids and i called her to inform her of it and she is denying me my deposit for just being on the waiting list, then wants to offer a unit but it still not gonna be available till the end of the month, Telling me its the company that wont give me my money! Not worth it, they think ima lose out on a deposit for just waiting and finding something else sooner.
