This UPS Store does not accept pre-labeled Amazon returns (clothing.) Don't waste your time with this location.

I was asked to drop off two returns for a relative. One UPS and one a competitor. I mistakenly carried the competitor’s package into this UPS Store. The young man behind the counter couldn’t have been kinder or more patient. He started to tell me where I could take it, but I explained I still had a package in the car for them. Once I carried the correct package in, he had me speedily on my way. Highly recommend!
