I truly cannot caution you enough with Allstate. I have tried to cancel my home insurance policy with them THREE times and they keep reporting they are “unsure” if they received the documents or not. They are now telling me they are sending my bill to collections despite being sent these documents starting over a month ago. Their customer service is lacking, and they are unhelpful over the phone.

Don’t expect an email or call back. Also takes money out of account when auto payment is off and you requested to cancel multiple times because I purchased a new car. Now ignoring me when I ask to discuss and get a refund back.

Very pleasent experience. In a time when the insurance industry is moving to a free for all for clients with the internet is was nice to talk to an old school agent (Fabio) who processed the paperwork that I needed for the RMV. The RMV on the other hand was like a bad relapse of a bad LSD trip I had in high school.

TJ Gramstorff was not only the best insurance agent I've worked with but the best customer service representative I've ever worked with. I do not like talking on the phone, he accommodated me by communicating via email even when I was struggling to get my needs across because I couldn't explain it with written communication. He continued to email me until I understoodand and he understood EVERY LAST DETAIL. When I made a mistake on my account in the App, I blamed him, but he emailed me back immediately, the same night and after hours explaining what I did and he called all necessary people to fix my mistake and he stayed professional even after I was giving him attitude and placing blame on him. He didn't just have to find me a policy, I moved to MA from NH, requiring a much longer process than just a policy purchase. He got me all the proper paperwork, signed stamped and delivered to be able to register my vehicle without having to jump through a million hoops. When my financial situation became dire, I had to cancel my policy temporarily. Even after all the work he put in to getting me the best rates and policies and filing all the paperwork, he completely understood and did not make me feel badly about it or try to convince me to stick with it. He was an absolute pleasure to work with even if I wasn't the best client to deal with. I recommend him to anyone looking for any kind of insurance policy. He is the office manager of the North Andover location with the Kurt Wicks Agency and he is AMAZING! THANKS TJ!
