The majority of these units are very dated unfortunately However they are close in proximity to all your daily needs. Buy a beware make sure the unit is updated.

I’ve been living here for 4 years and I love it. People are very nice, lots of dogs and very well taken care of grounds. Central to everything.

My son owns a unit there. It is an older building with its own issues.A/C and electrical. It was nicely updated when he bought it. He's happy there.

I lived here for over 11yrs, from the time I was entering 1st grade until I was entering my junior yr of high school, and I really loved our condo. We were in the center of the complex on Fernview Ave, and I felt lucky we scored a place on the 2nd floor of our building (so snack dab in the middle). My dad was able to really turn the place into a beautiful home over many years of hard work and incorporating my mom's trendy new twists on modern living. It was incredible. We had 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a balcony, a wall unit vacuum which was my favorite part, and a laundry room in the basement. That was the only real problem; fighting over who got use the washer/dryer, so my mom ordered a tiny washer & dryer in 1, had my dad get all the hose attachments, and it fit right in our hallway closet. So when it was time to use, my mom would wheel it out a foot, attach hose to our bathroom sink, and voila! Oh, and it made very little noise. A great perk of living there was definitely the clubhouse and pool! Large inground pool + a decent sized inground baby pool. Also a small park adjacent to baby pool over the fence. Tennis court not far from the pool/park too. Lots of parking per each section of the complex, but the positioning of each building can effect that like if you live along the outer limits; any building located against property line along the bordered pediment - that's really the only case where parking may not be as superfluous.
