Heartfelt gratitude to GFL Environmental Lewisport KY contact personnel in enabling the replacement of that shattered residential waste receptacle unit. Old waste receptacle unit itself brittle with usage, age, and thusly had become very unstable. Lid broken and missing. Easy contact with coordination team for setting up the receptacle unit replacement. Very helpful support staff! The replacement unit now on residential standby for it’s necessary task. It was 3 pm and they didn't let me unload, which can be seen in the photo, I don't understand why they act this way, I'm paying for this service, I drove 45 minutes to be able to throw the garbage, this is not fair 3 pm don't let you throw anything away, very bad service
