This is a terrible place to live poor mangement skills it's roach infested things that need fixing from the 7 months we jave lived here never neen fix ac dont work i don't vare how mich you report your problems to mangement the problems never get solve we are moving out I dont recommend this place to anyone

No it's not abandoned, if that's what you asking? But it needs to be shut down. It's rundown owner & leasing office won't fix anything if you have a problem in your apartment. This place is full of mold, roaches and has NO insulation in the walls or attic the electric structure for this place is not safe( have had about 7 apt cath fire in the past year and code enforcement is a joke they won't help either. Your making a BIG mistake if you consider moving here.....Stay away from this place!!!
Not worth moving here. It's 1bedroom 1bath apts and 2bedroom 1bath apts the go up on rent every year and they don't do criminal background checks either. Some of the people they have living here are drug dealers and drug users which make for bad neighbors. The complex is ALWAYS full of trash and the grass is always overgrown. People with children their don't watch their children. God for bid if a strong storm or hurricane comes you will be without power for weeks the parking lot floods and the mosquitos are bad there.
