UPDATE [03/2017] - I have been personally contacted by the bank, and they have indicated that they take these problems seriously and are willing to find a workable solution. If they make good on this, I will be updating this review to reflect that. Once wonderful local bank, Excellent Branch, terrible 'main office' policies. The GOOD: I've been a member more than 5 years. I've never had ANY trouble with the people in the Elgin Oregon branch, nor in La Grande Oregon. The local branch is EXCELLENT. The BAD: If you plan on doing a lot of businesses on the Internet, consider a PayPal account as community bank will randomly flag legitimate purchase attempts, even from big companies as fraud. Overall an good small bank.

Sorry Corrina but we do not participate in a shared/affiliated ATM network. The best way to get cash without a fee when traveling is to get cash back when purchasing items at a retailer (like a grocery store or convenience store).
