Apparently you have to go down there or file a complaint with your Bank. In my case I'm going to have to do both because they don't return calls and their email is not valid!!!!

There is a number you can call to cancel membership but you have to do before the month lapse to insure your not changed for the following month

Plan 1-4 step Ultra Gloss is $69.99 Plan 2-Grand Slam is $59.99 They were running a special for the first 1,000 customers that signed up and those prices were $54.99 for Plan 1 and $44.99 for the Grand Slam.

You can manage the membership by going to their website and entering the number from your window sticker. You are able to cancel and/or change the level/package of unlimited washes you are currently auto renewed for.

If you have been over build I was just going back to the car wash show and they would probably give you your money back

Their prices are very reasonable and the washes are great... You can become a member for $35 i think... Love the free vacuums toooo!!! They have an area where you can wash your mats and another to towel dry your car if you want...

You pay with a card only $12 you get your money's worth and some . Vacuuming and stuff to clean your car interior completely free . Still smiling from the experience. 🙂

The vacuums are located at the exits of the wash, so probably not.

It says on signs they arent liable for damage to cars. I go all the time and haven't had any damages.

How many times? I've been there at least 4 times and get a different response easy time. Last time I submitted an online claim while the manager watched. He promised to get back with me, but now ignores my messages. Looks like small claims court might be my best option at this point.

Just when you go to Kevin's carwash, go in the left lane(attendant will come to your window, and tell him that you want to cancel your membership, either that day or the first of next month, your choice. Hoped this helps ya!😁

No it is do it yourself detailing no shampooing unless you have floor mats. You can use the floor mat cleaning station

I was told I needed to purchase wash in order to use vacuums. Also the traffic flow doesn't allow you to go straight to vacuums....you kinda have to go through wash to get to vacuums. :-/

I've vacuumed my car out without having to drive through the car wash.

You have to call. When i cancelled mine I had to call. I emailed them but never got a response so ended up having to call.

The lube station next door is owned by the same people and I think they offer a free wash with an oil change
