The wash is automated... But you can do the interior detailing on your own. Their wash is very good. Never had an issue with it and they'll run the car as many times as you need to till it's cleaned to the customer's satisfaction.
As stated by others, the wash is automatic. You may vacuum the interior yourself. By the way if you get your oil changed nxt door ( they are affiliated), the car wash is free!
Drive thru and they wash it and if it's not beautiful tell them do it again
