You can manage the membership by going to their website and entering the number from your window sticker. You are able to cancel and/or change the level/package of unlimited washes you are currently auto renewed for.

Go down there and tell them that you need to cancel. I did a year or two ago. I had only paid for one month, but they charged me for the next month also.
