How do I claim reimbursement for repairing the mirror that was knocked off my car? The manager has acknowledge responsibility and has my number and a copy of the receipt from the body shop. No callbacks yet.

How many times? I've been there at least 4 times and get a different response easy time. Last time I submitted an online claim while the manager watched. He promised to get back with me, but now ignores my messages. Looks like small claims court might be my best option at this point.
