Bought a new car and wanted a car wash that was close to home and convenient. The vacuum and damp cloth outside for your cars is nice, but that is where the positives END. It NEVER gets the bugs off the front of the car. I asked the manager about it and he "rubbed" them off with a cloth and offered me a free top of the line wash, which I already have on my unlimited package. I took my car through twice and the bugs were still on there, even when the guy in the beginning of the wash sprayed them extra. The manager said that happens when they are on there a while, but as I told him...I just came off the highway, straight to the car wash! Also, every time I take my car through there, it pushes my mirror in on the passenger side...NOT a good thing. I had purchased the top of the line unlimited car wash package, but I'm cancelling!!
