I had not been in for almost a year due to COVID-19. Dr. Jaminson always does a great job. They are great in setting up appointments so you don't have to wait a long time to get in. I went in on a Thursday afternoon and was in and out in 30 minutes. They really helped me out by calling down to get me a volunteer wheelchair assist. I am a senior citizen and have had breathing problems worse than normal plus my knee was giving me trouble. I could not put much weight on it. In less than 10 minutes the volunteer was there to pick me up. I really appreciated the special service.

Excellent first time visit.Very attentive caring medical professionals. Pre- registration was key to a successful check-in. From the registrar to Dr. Jameson, everyone was very informative and concerned that I understood the information. Got to love technology! Lisa, after entering with a knock on the door,was thorough and completed the intake "reason for being seen" in record time without rushing, while answering my questions, making eye contact and acknowledging my concerns. Dr. Stephanie Jameson had a complete preview of Lisa's notes and the x-rays. She entered with knock on the door, a pleasant introduction and got right to work examining and providing a review of the notes. Dr. Jameson provided information and care without rushing always maintaining eye contact making sure I understood. She provided options, her judgement, and reasons then allowed me to decide the next step. KUDOS to all the staff @ Kansas City Foot and Ankle for ptoviding such wonderful personal care.
