The staff was very welcoming and attentive. The eye doctor was super nice and answered all my questions. I like that they are up front with pricing for exams and glasses especially for people with no insurance. Also checkout was very fast and I didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen by the doctor. I would definitely recommend this location

Six associates were in the small store however I still had to ask for help. Once I got help, I was pleased with the service, the glasses and the price. I have not received them yet. They arrived and work as expected. Two years later: These glasses are so scratched up, despite paying for scratch resistance, that I cannot see through them! If you want disposable glasses go to Zinni. If you want real glasses, go to a real optometrist. Costco is affordable although their customer service is very hit or miss. I must’ve been paying for the Plaza address, I wasn’t paying for good glasses.

Yes, as long as you have an official prescription they will make the lenses for you!

They will tell you how to do it from start to end by putting a credit card up underneath your nose and take having someone take a picture is better than a selfie that's how they figure it out
