Kevin helped me with my appointment, helped me pick out a pair of glasses, & was overall pretty helpful. Which is why I was shocked when I found out he didn’t work there anymore but I thought I’d receive the same customer service from the other employees; i have not. The pair of glasses I chose are prone to becoming loose, & I was told I had a lifetime warranty so if the hinges or anything comes loose I should be able to have someone tighten it up. I’ve gone into this location several times asking them to please tighten my glasses. they did it the first two times, but after the third time i asked if there was a way it could be fixed so it could stop combing lose. they tell me the part thats “broken” on my glasses they don’t have and would need to order. they’ve told me that the last three times I’ve come back. they even tried to send me to Target optical & Target said they don’t even have what I needed. i think it’s really unprofessional to tell people they have “lifetime warranties” then not do anything when something breaks.

Just received my eye contacts training at the Ward Parkway location. Christine was AWESOME and walked me through the process. I truly had no idea what I was doing and it took me over an hour to eventually get the hang of it. Despite my lack of "hand eye coordination", Christine was pleasant, patient, kind and understanding the whole time. I would recommend her to anyone visiting that location!
