Liberty Mo location has gone down hill. Doctor calls in all the time. Maybe find a new Doctor?? And if you do happen to get to keep your appointment just plan on being there for hours. The staff have no idea what they are doing. It’s just an all around bad experience. As far as the closed because of an emergency? that’s ridiculous. Don’t misuse the word “emergency” for your benefit.

My husband and I went for our annual eye exams and to Pic out New glasses. The staff members were super knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, especially the assistant manager, Brooke. The entire process from beginning to end was so fast and efficient. I highly recommend!

I know there is a warranty that you can buy for a year I'm not sure what happens if you don't buy that warranty I didn't this year I always have in the past and never used it call them they're very very nice they will answer your questions
Check online for open appointments. Some days are busier than others.
