Called ahead a couple days in advance to see what time my scheduled contact lense appointment was and I was given the wrong time for my appointment by Laura, so when I showed up I was naturally refused service and had to reschedule the appointment. The only reason I had to call ahead was due to the automated E-Mail and text system not delivering appointment times. Even though I had never opted out.

Very thorough eye exam. Things were explained well! Very patient and helpful clerk in choosing my eyewear!

We made an appointment several weeks ago and they made a mistake and double booked. So we had to reschedule. We was a few minutes late and Magen wouldn't let both of us be seen even after their mistake of over booking from the previous appointments. She wouldn't even attempt to fit me in. So had to cancel my appointment. However on the front door and website says "walk ins welcome " ha not true. My wife perfers Dr. Davenport and was not told that he doesn't work on Wednesday when we made the appointments they never even mentioned that he is off on Wednesdays. However she was pleased with her doctor that seen her. I give Dr. Davenport a 5 star rating but Magen a 0 star. So I'm sad to say I will not be returning nor will my wife after this time. Sadly Dr. Davenport will lose 2 patients that has been with him for many year since the old Metro North mall days.
