Great staff durning COVID. Was able to move in and out with ease. Nicole, especially, was amazing to work with and single handedly did the job of 5 people! Thanks folks!Hi Colin Harvin, we are very happy to have provided you with such a positive experience! We're glad to hear we delivered such a great experience. If there's anything further we can do for you, we are happy to help!

I lived here back in 2018 and I have to say this is the most poorly managed apartment building I have ever lived in. Greystar is the parent company, and they clearly have severe integrity and honesty issues. It looks good on paper before …Alex, we regret to hear that you had a negative experience with us, but would appreciate the chance to turn your experience around. We have a completely different staff here at Chelsea Heights and we strive to give all residents an excellent experience. If you are willing to give us another chance, please contact us at (253) 507-8323 so we can understand your situation better in order to try and turn your experience around. Thank you, Chelsea Heights

Chelsea Heights' property management staff is stellar. From the time we first looked at available units to our move-in to transferring to a new unit in the same building they were with us all the way. We really feel like we are part of a community. The few little maintenance requests we have had were quickly and efficiently addressed by the expert building staff. The building has an amazing feel and is clean and safe. I love living at Chelsea Heights and would recommend it to anyone!

Greystar is a terrible company to do business with, most of the employees I dealt with are rude and incompetent, but if you choose to do so anyway, proceed with caution: 1. They will charge you a cleaning fee no matter how clean you leave the apartment. They say every apartment is "cleaned and sanitized" before a new tenant moves in. I was not informed of this so I didn't note all of the things I still had to clean myself on my sheet. They charged me a $120 cleaning fee five months after I moved out even though I left it cleaner than it was when I moved in. 2. Having guests over is a hassle because you have to physically go downstairs to let them up the elevator. You would think that this means that security is tight, but it isn't. My bicycle was stolen from the "secure" storage area in the parking garage. The thick chain lock was cut off. 3. The lease agreement is unethical. One example is that it says that they are not bound by what the person who does the final walkthrough says. 4. Untimely communication. I did not receive my final statement until five months after I moved out. Upon receipt I called to dipute the cleaning fees and then sent a certified letter with pictures of my apartment before I moved in and after I moved out. In my letter I requested a response ASAP. I was contacted 2 months later by someone threatening to send the bill to collections. Eight months after I vacated the apartment they emailed me to say that the final statement was revised and I actually owed $5 more for carpet cleaning. Be careful with these people. Document everything. I wanted to go to court over the charges, but didn't have time or resources to deal with them any further. Z

No. These are very nice apartments! Lots of amenities. But not subsidized.
