New manager (i think her names Christine) manages orchard heights and west is so sweet, communicative, and helpful! She did let me know that i should leave a voicemail if she doesn't answer the phone cos she might be on the phone or in a meeting not sure who else need to know that. I've notice the change on the property since she started.. Hopefully i can get in an apartment there soon!

I have been trying for a long time at least a month to talk to someone. I have left messages and sent emails. It seems that the office staff doesn’t want people moving in. I like the property that is why i have tried so hard.

Been trying to contact this apartment for a couple weeks.. Submitted the online contact form maybe three or more times. I've left voicemails expressing my interest...and nothing...no call back...no email back...NOTHING... I know someone that lives in these apartments and they like them but I can't see how they even have tenets!!!!
