I wouldn't rent any property, that has Pinnacle Management, they rob the owners of the property as well as the tenants. I was in apt.mgmt. and maintenance for many years. Then later pro bono, I assisted tenants who were forced to rent slum properties that were placed in the care of companies like Pinnacle, to get deposits, maintenance etc. A word to the wise, these companies check your references you should be checking theirs, talk to present and former residents when possible.

I have been a caregiver for a resident who lives at this property. Over the past year we've requested maintenance repairs and it always took time to hear back. This last week I assisted my patient in filing a maintenance request, we were so happy as a guy who is the property's new maintenance supervisor Chris came over that same morning and helped with the needed repairs. He made sure nothing else was needed and advised us that any future maintenance needs would be accomdated in a timely manner. The property is looking so much cleaner now too. It shows that the staff is doing a great job making the improvements here. and that they care.

It took us a while to get into this place, but ultimately the office staff worked hard to get us in here. Ashley and Linda are both amazing, friendly and professional people. They make you feel right at home. Our apartment is perfect. We had very little to write down during the walk-through because it was so clean and up to date. The carpets are new and fluffy. The hard floors are spotless - no stains or scuffs. Walls are freshly painted. The neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves. The few I have met in passing were friendly and even offered help while we were moving in. You hear kids a lot if your sliding door is open but we are right next to the park area so, what do you expect? No big deal to us! Overall, the Woodmark is a lovely little place to call home. I don't regret moving here and it was well worth the wait. My little family thanks the Woodmark for accepting us into their community!
