Been living here over 6 months and as with all things there are pros and cons. Pros: very quiet peaceful location, friendly staff, great gym and amenities, somewhat updated. Cons: rent high relative to fair market value, lacking kitchen cabinet space, ridiculously expensive valet trash service that is not optional (it should be), old windows that sweat and cause leaking and mold, baseboard heaters make a consistent living temperature nearly impossible, paint is chipping and buildings look dilapidated, the pinnacle app is terrible can’t read messages. Maintenance isn’t great but I’m sure that’s not their fault as there’s over 500 units they’re serving and I’m sure they’re massively understaffed and underpaid. All in all it’s a great peaceful location but poor value for what you actually get. Frankly, 3 stars is me being generous. We have for the most part enjoyed living here but I can’t in good conscience recommend living here as there is much better value to be had elsewhere.

Went to tour the apartments. Which I didn’t have a appointment but Chelsey walked out her office and help us out. Was very impressed with the treatment I received from Chelsey I believe she is the manager she treated me like family made us feel so inviting. I have toured over 10 apartments and none of the other apartments made me feel so welcoming. She even remembered my name the whole tour. The apartments were so clean. The grounds had no trash they actually care about the community.

This place made me love apartment living again! I have to admit, I was ready to move-out because the previous management team was awful. But when the new Manager Chelsey took over, this place really turned around! The team is polite and responsive. They always take care of our issues promptly and effectively. The homes are not exceptionally nice, but they're at least average (if not a little above so.) But the location is great, living on the golf course is nice in the summer, and I cannot imagine living anywhere else until I buy my first home! I just want to reach around that desk in the office and give the team a big hug!

Very happy in my new home here. Quiet, park-like setting. Quite decent sound isolation from neighboring units. Covered parking available. Engaged, full-time staff has been attentive to my requests. Disappointed to realize that there isn''t either air conditioning or a ceiling fan in the bedroom. My only other criticism would be that the intake / orientation process could be clearer and crafted with more consideration for the applicant's / new resident's perspective, but all-in-all, one month in, I'm happy with my decision.
