Richard Miller was incredible in helping me find and purchase a great investment property! He was extremely patient with me and was determined to get me the right one without wasting my time. In this crazy market, it wasn’t easy. He helped me analyze each one very carefully and gave me great insight. It was a great buying experience!

Realty ONE Group Turn Key is elite! Craig Tuttle, Isaac Schaefer, and Robyn Rodriguez run the best brokerage in Tacoma. I had the opportunity to work with them as a client and an agent and can’t thank them enough for their expertise and professionalism. They cared about me as a person and made sure I received the best price as both a buyer and seller. I highly recommend ROGTK to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in Tacoma or anywhere in Washington.

I have been a real estate broker for 12 years, five of them in Washington state. When my personal situation changed and I needed to move from Spokane to the west side of the state, I reached out to Realty One Turn Key to see about hanging my license there. Within ten minutes of meeting Isaac Schaefer I knew that this would be my new office. Isaac is warm, knowledgeable, and engaging. He also had me speak with Robyn Rodriguez, the Agent Resource Specialist, and she was great as well - humorous and incredibly helpful. If you are a broker who works or wants to work in the Seattle/Tacoma area, I can't imagine a better place to hang your license. If you are a prospective buyer or seller, you should give them a call. Since they treat their brokers this well, clients will get the serious red carpet treatment.

Kyle Pease was not only professional, but truly took the time to get to know what I was looking for in a new home. As a busy professional and single mother, I needed someone who could capture exactly what I wanted and maximize what little time I had to house hunting. Kyle did just that! The process was seamless and I always felt that he had my best interest at heart. He is highly organized, friendly, professional, great communicator, and most importantly cares deeply about his clients. I would highly recommend Kyle to anyone looking to make their buying/selling experience a positive one. If you are looking for a realtor that truly understands the meaning of building relationships and one that provides great representation, then Kyle is your person. I plan on utilizing his services again!

Closing is the day that settlement occurs, title is transferred and you get the keys to your new home.

How long does it take to get a pre-approval?

Realty ONE Group Turn Key (Owner) | Aug 15, 2022

Some homebuyers can get their pre-approval letter within hours. People with straightforward W2 income, decent credit, and money in the bank can be house hunting the same day. But for others, getting the letter could take days or weeks. If you’re self-employed or have dinged credit, your lender will require more documentation upfront. It may submit your full file for manual approval by the bank’s underwriters before issuing the letter.

How much can I afford to pay for a home?

Most financial institutions say that if you add your gross monthly income (not take home) with your spouse’s gross monthly income and multiply that by 30% of your total gross monthly income, this figure would be what you can afford to use towards housing related payments, ie: mortgage payments, taxes and insurance.

What is the first thing I need to do to buy a home?

Getting pre-approved for a mortgage is the first step of the home buying process. Getting a pre-approval letter from a lender gets the ball rolling in the right direction. We can help you with that process.
