I have brought a few friends here, for various reasons & am impressed with the personal touches used by these professionals. Better signage to coordinate with "maps" would be great! Good thing the mark the buildings; just not which side is best. Parking can be a pain. There is s garage, & this building seems to be a pass through.

My wife and I came in because she was having chest pain, shortness of breath, and almost passed out. She has a history of valve replacement and is just about due for a new valve, so we just wanted to get her checked out and make sure everything was okay. The wait time was super reasonable and the actual doctor was very nice, but this staff is sooooo all over the place. Streamlined communication and more training is needed. When we first got to a room, the tech who asked us initial questions kept referring to her valve replacement as a stent (which is very different) and proceeded to ask her if it was her left or right aortic valve that was replaced… like girl how did you even get this job… left and right isn’t a thing, and I was almost embarrassed for her! Then, when asked which pharmacy we’d like any potential meds sent to, she couldn’t find the first or second in the system because (as she literally admitted) she didn’t know how to use it. Then she decided for us (didn’t ask, just did it) that any meds would be sent to the pharmacy at the hospital (without checking if her insurance would be accepted). They need to onboard their staff and ensure they can use the computer man! And basic human anatomy, evidently. I’m still in shock over the whole “left or right” question with the aortic valve lol. After that, they took her blood and after waiting for 2 hours for lab results, a nurse informed us that her blood was LOST. Like how do you just lose 2 tubes of blood?! Then, when the doctor was consulting us, the door was open and 3 nurses were laughing and talking so loud (to the point where I had to ask him if I could shut the door because we couldn’t hear what he was saying). They were loud and joking with each other our entire stay. I wonder if my wife’s blood would have been lost if they stayed focused on their work. I get having friends and being fun at work is great, but they were very loud and distracting. It was overall a super unprofessional environment.

My brother was admitted to this hospital for multiple issues. I visited from out of town and was very happy with care he was receiving. The nurses, CNA's, RT, and physicians were amazing. The doctors kept us in the loop about all medical treatment as well as any updates in his condition. Marykaye and Emilee were the most caring, compassionate, and hard working nurses. Dr. Townsend, Dr. Patel, and Dr. Ge were very important to the medical team, working on my brother's behalf. They made sure everything was put in place to get him transferred for further treatment that was not available at Allenmore. Thank you to ALL staff for a job well done.

1/2 of rooms upstairs are shared, others private. 2 visitors.
8am to 8pm
Everything is packed, rooms are reserved for people who are really sick.
Behind Walmart
Depends on how many other people are there and how urgent (or not) your problem is. Same as any ER.
Very short wait!
Only on adults. Do not have equipment for babies
Lab is open limited hours on weekend.
No way to determine best time as it is an Emergency room.
I've never waited more than an hour and that was long. But I go in late at night.
It isn't too bad in ER as it is a smaller hospital. Several bigger ones close to it so not bad wait.
