Terra heights management is kind but they do not care about the residents, they put the residents in poor living conditions and only selectively enforce rules. Security is a joke and is not even on site the majority of the time. I had to complain every 20 minutes for 3 hours to get building management to contact me about noise complaints even though I had filed complaints weeks prior 5/4/2022: We have now moved out and up to the point that we left at the end of April, none of the issues mentioned above had been fixed

I was going to give the apartment complex a 4 star,...but after my husband's visit to the leasing office today I can only rightly supply a 2 star, but gave it a 3 star for good measure. The good things: The living accommodations for the area are descent, we were blessed after downgrading from a large 3 bedroom, house to gain a w/d. I am hoping they do have a playground for after giving up our large yard, for less maintenance,..this would be a joy. The bigger plus the place is practically sound proof, and the neighbors are quiet. Now onto my complaint. I have a service dog named Ivory who happens to be a mixed terrior....old now,..but still serves, if I fall, and or unable to respond for myself, or hear...he used to be able to bring phone/meds, and alert for fire, police or ambulance, noise and the door, by howling, barking a certain way,..over and over until someone responds...now he just alerts, and assists me if I pass out or fall or unable to hear. Anyways I never used to have to register him as a service dog or supply ID for him...( Service dog owners are not required to get or carry any kind of service dog certificate, and businesses are not allowed to ask for one). Similarly, there is no centralized test or certification process for service animals, though the charities or organizations that train service dogs all have their own ..testing process to see if a dog is ready to become a service dog. My doctor used to supply an informal letter for me,..but with COVID and me having a chronic illness..( whitch yes, is listed as a disability )....I for the last 2 years have been unable to see my doctor, and to do so, will cost me. Plus take 30+ days to get in to see a psychiatrist. Long story short I registered my dog as a service animal to feel comfortable when presenting him.....now this complex is requesting an ESA letter which requires me to revisit my trauma. I shouldn't have to, as he services and never before have I had to explain my disability or gain letter certification, stating what he does, because the managers "dont know me".. I should have known when I was signing the leasing papers the agent, once she seen my old service dog i.d, ( my dog was very young when the picture was taken), She made mention of fake service animal i.d.s...And of course my stupid self thinking that the complex adhered to the laws of Washington state about service animals..wouldn't dare think or imply or accuse one of having a fake service dog ( unprofessional). the ID is a bonus, protection for the handler. *UPDATE: Management contacted us asking "what was up"... with the review...We advised the above, although at first curt, she accommodated after explaining the rights of service animals...we appreciate that as honest citizens of this great country. And although we were not extended the same courtesy of contact from the owner addressing our issues publically, we still feel okay about revising our paragraphs to a point, as requested by Cindy. Although the star status of our review will not change right away, as time goes on so does consumer review, we hope that once all our issues are addressed, including weighing the unexpected additional costs outside of TPU, to the tune of 250.00 more per month ( and additional interior issues that management has been prompt to address),We can slowly increase the star status.

This has been a great place to live for the past two years. All of the staff are really friendly and helpful. The only thing that can be tough is parking - if you're having anyone over after 10 PM, they need a temporary parking pass or they'll be towed. So if the office is closed before you can get any visitors a pass, they can't park in the complex. Other than this, it's a great place to live. There's security patrols, well maintained landscaping, and the units look nice and modern.

Cindy is great and the staff easy to talk to. The maintenance team takes care of any issues within 24 hours and are super friendly as well. I've heard horror stories when I first moved in and I've been here for almost 4 years without any serious issues. People in the neighboring apartments cause some rukus and make a mess of the basketball court, but other than that I've had a good experience here and this is my first apartment. The staff has worked their butts off trying to make this a great place to live.

People continuously run into it. The hoops are right in front of the office.
