From the front desk ladies to all the people in the back, everyone was kind and inviting. They were busy when I was there but they had an amazing flow and everyone worked so well together, I wasn't there long at all. I had to get a UA for a job and had to take my 4 & 5 yr old children with me. The nurses and/or techs kept them entertained and were all very kind. Thank you!!

I live in Olympia and the Concentra down there took 5 hours of my life and was only able to do half the work. Won't get that back. But at this location was wonderful fast and efficient. Lesley in particular was awesome. He was able to get my blood drawn and get me back on the road quick. Thank you. Great team.

I went for a job injury drug test and was told there was only one doctor working, so I'd have to wait 4 hours for an xray. I kept repeating that I was only there for the drug screen but still didn't get seen until exactly four hours later. It was then that the doctor alerted office staff of the mishap. Perhaps my communication skills are poor, but it beats me how I could have improved the message. It only took another half hour to be seen by a wonderful technician and be able to go home. The office managers candor and the technician's kindness allows for at least a small score instead of none.

I waited 5 hrs to see a doctor. I was put in a room 1 hr in after waiting in the lobby. Once back I kept getting told I was next by multiple nurses. Once the doctor came in the room he was very rude dismissive and sounded annoyed with what I was feeling. He went very fast didn’t really explained anything he was doing till he was actively doing it. When I got scared because I felt cornered . I asked the doctor to slow down also asked him what he was putting in my eye. He very rudely said “It’s a dye I told you that”. When I came back for a follow up appointment. I waited another 3.5 hrs to be seen. I HAD AN APPOINTMENT! This facility looked very unorganized and almost cluttered. The nurses where all very professional and compassionate. They all did everything they could to make me comfortable.
