Pure trash! Do not rent from this facility until Michelle and Taylor are fired. My parents moved into this complex, got assigned a parking space, and one-week later Taylor had their car illegally towed because of a personal vendetta against the previous person assigned to that space. My parents are older, handicapped, and new to the area, so I have been taking care of their affairs recently. I have called numerous times to talk to Taylor and she continues to avoid my calls. Today I went in person to talk to Taylor, she yelled at me and slammed the door in my face. My parents moved into this facility less than a month ago and this is how they are welcomed. Since we don't have the money to pay for towing my parents will likely lose their car. Now that I have confronted Taylor, she has started to harass and yell at my elderly parents. Be VERY CAUTIOUS before you decide to consider this place. As you can see from the reviews. This is not the first case of disrespect and poor customer service.

We went in to apply for a two bedroom unit. What a huge mistake to say the least. After we turned in our app we visiting with some of the residents we were told the staff was rude and very short with a lot of them I even witnessed an elderly man speaking with the young lady @ the counter he was asking for help to adjust his Walker. I was stunned to hear her say "I Dont have time for this today" so we took the 2 minutes and fixed it. I also witnessed anouther elderly lady trying to ask a question and the staff person just kept wiping the front desk then turned and walked out shutting the door and cutting her off. Then to top it off we were sent a letter from the complex starting the credit service they used "On Spot" denied is. We put in 2 applications as we are not married the fee came to $80.00 We both spoke to on spot in Texas. We were shocked to find out they did not even sent it and refused to return our fee. I would never put a family member on here to treat seniors this way is a disgrace. I would recamend any one thinking of moving a loved one in to spend time visiting the residents you will get the truth that way. I would never give them a dime for an application as they keep it and will LIE right to your face. Be Aware all is not what it seems on the surface at this complex. Margaritt and David.

My mother lives here and the management is terrible, they find any and every reason to have my mother evicted and she just moved into the apartments, we’ve had to get multiple letters from attorneys to get management to stop harassing my mother with fraudulent eviction notices and they’ll take a break for a month or two and continue sending them. I don’t recommend this place for anyone going through financial difficulties because this place just sounds like a scam to be completely honest.

I am a caregiver for an individual with special needs and have heard nothing but negative things about the apartments and the office. Every bad review seems to be accurate and the ones without a bad experience seem to be the lucky ones or twisting the truth for reviews.ive been told They do not follow safety protocols and are very unprofessional. My client gave a $200 deposit to hold an apartment and they did not hold the apartment and still have not given the $200 deposit back from over 4 years ago. Think twice before moving here.
